Idika Kalu Uma is a chartered stockbroker, an authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS) - 1995. He is also a chartered banker and an Associate of

the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (ACIB). He holds the MBA Degree in Finance of the Enugu State University of Science andTechnology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance from the University of Port

Harcourt (1999). He holds a B.Sc. Degree in Political Science (International Economic Diplomacy) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (1984) and the M.Sc. Degree in Public Administration (Financial Management) of the same University (1989).


He started his banking career with the Centre-Point Merchant Bank Limited in 1990 where he was involved in Capital Market issues, particularly, the public quotation/listing of companies on both the First-and Second-tier Securities Markets of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE). Having worked in several banking institution, Idika K. Uma rose to

become the Regional Manager, Eastern Operations of CSL Stockbrokers Limited, an association of First City Monument Bank Plc - the flagship of the First City Group. He has been involved in raising long-dated/ short-tenured fund for big ticket corporate borrowers.


He has participated in various privatization exercises of Government parastatals, the bank consolidation/recapitalization process, and asset sharing arrangement between Governments. He offers investment advisory services to government institutions, corporate bodies and high net worth individuals.

Idika Kalu Uma is the Managing Director/Chief Executive officer of  Kofana Securities and Investment Limited. With over seventeen (17) years of unbroken financial services delivery in the financial services sector of the Nigerian economy, particularly, with proven core competences in investment banking, corporate finance, capital markets and

stock broking, Idika Kalu Uma is bringing this amalgam of financial sector experiences to bear on the Board of

ONELINK DYNAMIC CONCEPT LIMITED as the Chairman, Board of Directors.

MR. EMMANUEL ISRAEL UDO 

(MANAGING DIRCTOR)

 Emmanuel Udo is an Entrepreneur, Business Development professional and a Minister of the Gospel. A visionary leader and talented marketer with strong drive and high sense of direction; has tremendous ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve results. With his “can do” paradigm, Emmanuel initiated the Discount Card idea and assembled theteam that formed ONELINK DYNAMIC CONCEPT LIMITED.

Emmanuel Udo has several years experience in corporate start-ups and development. He founded Gifat Ventures in 2001- an ICT product marketing firm and cofounded  Silicon Computers Company in 2007 – an ICT Sales, Repairs and Maintenance company. He is also the founder and President of FRIENDS OF CHRIST INTERNATIONAL YOUTHS

ORGANIZATION – a Christian youths body which have positively impacted the lives of thousands of Nigerian youths. Emmanuel Udo holds a diploma degree  in theology and  is currently a student member of Institute of Directors, (IoD) South Africa.
